We are a small shop, so we keep this simple. We only ask for what we need to quote your order and get back to you.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or a message, we collect your name, your email address, and anything you type in, such as your phone number, the drill you run, and the parts on your list. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third party analytics.

Your quote list stays on your device

The list you build as you browse is saved in your own browser, on your own device. It is not sent to us until you choose to send it for a quote. Clearing the list, or your browser data, removes it.

Why we collect it

Only to answer you with pricing and availability, and to follow up on your order. That is the whole reason.

How it is handled

Your message is delivered to the shop inbox through our email provider so we can read and reply to it. We may keep a copy so we can pick the conversation back up when you order. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else.

Our pages carry no video until you ask for one. If you press play on the product video, it is streamed from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced player, and YouTube may set cookies once playback starts.

Removing your information

Ask us to delete what you sent and we will. Call the shop at (403) 345 3414 or reply to any message from us, and we will remove it.
